Turkey day 2009 was a success.
For the first time that I can remember there was actually enough turkey left over to have sandwiches for lunch the next day! Apparently the secret is to cook a turkey breast roll, a 12 pound turkey, and a 21 pounder. Thank God we only had 21 for dinner or else that wouldn't have been enough either.
As is always the case, we really enjoyed the holiday gathering. That's what we're thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving.
